what laptop is best for gaming at a budget of PhP 23,000 (Philippine Peso)?

I'm currently saving up for a laptop, but i can only save up to about PhP 23,000, being a working
student and all... so I'm just asking, what do you guys think is the best laptop for that kind of budget?
I really want to maximize what I can get for that amount of money... thanks guys...
add: no its not just for gaming, and I don't really aim to play very demanding games. I'll be quite satisfied if it can play Red Alert 3 at medium settings. Thanks.
 
Pc na lang. Core 2 duo with graphics card na for that price.. A good gaming pc needs a dedicated graphics card. Try a hp compaq laptop with amd turion and dedicated graphics. It costs about 25 k. I dont know about quality of neo laptops but they are cheap. My friend bought her neo for 23.5k. It has core2duo na. I have a celeron laptop and i can play dota, nfs underground and most wanted at lowest settings.
 
Is the laptop just for gaming, or could you get away with a normal desktop (which are better value for money with respect to performance)?

I dunno what the prices of computers in the philipines are like, but it's not likely you could get a gaming laptop in the UK for that much money (but then, the UK adds a lot of taxes on everything, so it might be a lot cheaper in real terms where you are).
 
Sadly, you won't get a laptop for gaming with that budget. For 23K PhP, you can buy a gaming desktop PC, though. :)
