What kinds of jobs can I get with a degree in Sports Administration?

I am majoring in Sports Administration. What kinds of jobs can I get with this. I already know of being an AD so that won't be a necessary answer. Also, I am thinking of minoring in marketing. Is this a good idea or is it non-beneficial to a SA degree? I want to try to get into the field of advertising with a sports team.
