What kinds of fish can you mix with a male beta fish?

I have a 10 gallon tank and a male beta fish. I was just wondering what other kinds of fish you can put in a 10 gallon tank with a male beta fish. And I was also wondering if the Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp would be ok to put in the 10 gallon tank with the male beta fish. And what kind of habitat does the Cleaner Shrimp have to have?
 
you could put a cleaner fish in with the male betta I'm pretty sure. That said, male bettas are territorial and aggresive, and will potentially tear another fish to shreads. Bettas are used to poor water conditions and small spaces in its natural environment. Hence, put him in a small unfiltered bowl (the only kind of fish that thrives in that environment) and fill your 10 gallon with Platys, Molleys, Guppys, etc.

get a heater and a filter however for the community tank
