What kinds of exercise should I do to drop 30 pounds?

I have been dieting for a month now, and I have GAINED 2 pounds!

I eat healthy and decent portions, but I have not started exercising yet (I do not know what to do).

Also, if it helps.. I am in my early 20's. Weight 152 pounds. And I am 5'4".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
