Alright, so I'm a teenage girl. I don't usually eat or sleep on a daily basis. Normally, I have a vitamin drink for lunch and skip the other meals. I stay up all night. i don't even use the computer at night, I just sit there with my eyes wide open, getting hot & cold flashes.
Even though I don't eat every day, I sometimes have days where I'll eat something fatty. Like today.
I had two pop-tarts and a soda.
I've already dropped two sizes, but I'm not too skinny yet. What can this do to me? Short term and long term?
