What kind of workout/exercises should I do?

First off right now I'm 14 years old, I am about 5'9" to 5'10", and weigh around 205 lbs , a vast majority being fat, I do have alot of muscle though and at first look most people think I weigh about 150-170 lbs, I want to play football next year for high school and after going through college I plan on being in the WWE( I DON'T CARE IF ITS FAKE DON'T TELL ME SOMETHING I ALREADY KNOW, THEY STILL HAVE HARSH WORKOUTS THE MUSCLE ISN'T FAKE) I already have some workout routines which involve mainly upper body and back, I also want to know what kind of foods I should eat. Thanks for the help.
