What kind of vocal pitch do I have?

I'm 23, and I decided to record my voice to see how it sounds and I obviously didnt like it. Is my voice goofy-sounding to you? In my opinion, my voice sounds unmasculine and goofy. It doesn't sound "tough" or deep for example. What vocal range would you consider it? High, low (bass)? Here is the link to the video:
