What kind of video resolution does the psp support?

I converted a video on youtube to mp4 and put it on my psp, but it won't play. i think its the resolution of the video that doesn't allow it to play. the resolution of the video is 480X360.
 
From my source:
"Due to limitations in the PSP's firmware, the maximum standard resolution recognized by the PSP is 320x240, and the maximum wide-screen resolution is 368x208"
