What kind of trade-in value should I be able to get for my jeep?

We live in Ohio, where state sales tax is 5.5% I want to trade in my jeep, which is a 2007 4x4 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, 4-door. It's a standard soft top with automatic transmission and 56k miles. Its in good condition. Kelly Blue Book valued it at 17k. I would be very satisfied to get that back, but Is that a realistic value for a dealership to give me for a trade in? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
