What kind of things should I tell him to do when we do dirty webcam chats?

I want to do a dirty webcam chat with a friend, and he's always saying, "Tell me what to do." I've never done that kind of thing, so I can't really thing of anything beyond telling him to strip. I don't have a webcam of my own, so I can't mirror what he's telling me to do or divert the conversation to him telling me what to do. What kind of things should I tell him to do?
