So, I'm an extremely picky eater. I've never really liked a lot of vegetables, at all. I don't know why. I try them, and they just taste nasty to me. But I know I'm probably gonna drop dead at like 50 if the only vegetables I eat, EVER, is just broccoli and occasionally corn. And beans if you would count that. Of course I eat fruit... but I know there's supposed to be a lot of health benefits in vegetables that you can't get in fruit, or so I'm told.
So, I'm wondering if anybody has any advice for making vegetables more appealing to someone who doesn't particularly like eating them...?
