Im not sure what to look for and what brand. I obviously know lightweight, but where do I go from there? They say shoes with spikes help, but how? Like I know that spikes can be ruined easily too and that you should really only use them on a rubber track, but I wanna be able to practice my sprinting in my race shoes, so I would rather not go spike. Is there an equal alternative? Personal advice helps.
