What kind of sounds does Sunlounger and Oceanlab use to produce their music?

In most of sunloungers trance songs they have such nice kicks for example, Sunlounger - Found (Ft. Zara Taylor)

How do they create that kick? it hits hard yet its soft and fulfilling also, what are some of the techniques they use to make trance, im a hobbyist producer for 3 years using fl studio with all the vsti plug-ins you can think of how do they come up with the ideas to make such music ?
