I'm a dental assistant and find it very difficult to make small talk with the patients sometimes. It's not necessarily me! Some patients are just quiet and l almost want me to ask them a million questions but I find I run out of things to say sometimes (strange, I know). What else can i talk to them about besides their procedures, the weather, their jobs? Any suggestions?
