I am 17 years old and plan to join the US Army with option 40 or Ranger contract around 19 or 20 years old and i was wondering in general what shape are Army Rangers. Are they more muscular or endurance?? Basically what I'm asking is WHAT SHOULD I FOCUS ON AS FAR AS MY FITNESS?
PS- I am a cross country runner and my overall endurance is high
