I think performance will pick up a little bit. Not because Toyota is so good (MWR is still struggling a bit) but because Dodge is just so bad.

That's 4 makes in 4 years. Perhaps if he stayed with one manufacturer he might be OK. His Dodge was not very good. He'll probably be slightly better but not much.
