What kind of replacement tires should I get for my 1976 Honda CB550?

Here are the sizes:
Front Tire: 3.25 - 19
Rear Tire: 3.75 - 18

I REALLY would like to keep the vintage look but don't want crappy tires. I may turn the bike into a cafe racer at some point, so the tires would have to fit that look as well. Any suggestions with links to websites would be great. I am looking for specific tires, so please don't suggest just a name brand. Thanks.
