What kind of Rebuild kit I should get for my stock chevy 350 to give me 350 or 400Hp?

I have a 1987 chevy Caprice with a stock 350 in it. I want to give it that extra horsepower like a 350 horsepower rebuild kit, or 400 horsepower rebuild kit, or even the 440 horsepower rebuild kit. So I can have a motor thats strong enuff to pull some big rims i have.
