If a pregnant woman was violently assaulted and she went to the hospital because she thought it would result in a miscarriage, Would the doctors ask questions (even if the woman didnt mention the assault)? how would they examine the woman to see if she in fact had a miscarriage? If they saw bruising, would they have to report it?
