what kind of puffer fish can live with either sun catfish' or clown loach's?

i am new to having pet fish and i was planning on getting either a few sun catfish or a few clown loach's, until one of my friends told me about their per puffer fish. so i was wondering if their was any kind of puffer fish that would live with these fish, without eating them, and if so what size tank would i need for one puffer fish, 3 sun catfish and 3 clown loach's?
