I need to know what type of propellant is used, at what temperature it burns, what gasses are released when the propellant is ignited and what material(s) are used as the primer.
Also, if you can answer I'd like to know why a 1:7 twist ratio is used in the M16A2 issued weapons and what effect that particular rifling job has on the round when it leaves the muzzle. Does rifling relate to just the length of the bullet fired or does it have anything to do with the mass of the projectile?
