What kind of pre-employment drug tests do New York hospitals use?

I know that the most common method used for drug screening is a urine test, but I know there are also places that do hair and blood tests instead. Which test would be more likely to be administered to someone applying for an employment position that is clinical-oriented at a NYC hospital?
