What kind of people do you think whine the most about "Everyone should pay their...

Each do it for different reasons. The Tea Party thinks everyone should share in the tax burden & Democrats think the "rich" should shoulder almost all of the burden.
 
It's the liberals that want to spread the wealth.....but not THEIR wealth.

They want food stamps and welfare checks to increase and anyone that makes a decent living in their eyes is "rich" and they whine because they have more.

It's laziness and greed.
 
Usually it is those who pay taxes who want the ones who do not... to pay equally. It is not whining as you so bluntly and falsely put it. It is also obvious that cutting spending and waste should be beneficial to the national psyche even though there is a tribe that finds letting go harder than it should be.
