I'm building my first road bike. I have a carbon fiber frame and seatpost and sram groupo. I know how to piece everything together and do the cables and such. The only question I have is what I need to grease and what kind of grease to use. I also read that for carbon to carbon contact there was a certain kind of paste to use to decrease the amount of torque needed. A few different opinions/options but be great! Appreciate any help I can get.
What kind of pastes and greases do I need for a road bike build?
