What kind of paint can write on the actual car and not the windows?

I want a paint to decorate my dad's car for something. I have window paint, but is there any kind of paint that will wash off that I can put on the actual car? And where can I buy it?
 
There are a few different types, go ask at your local craft store. I painted my entire car for a Home Coming contest when I was in school. I won the contest and it all washed off pretty easily. That was years ago though and I don't remember the brand name though.
