I am trying to sue an apartment complex only for the money that belongs to me. We could not move there after all because my son got really bad allergies and could not return to that apartment because of mold and stuff like that. anyway the kept our prorated rent and said that they were going to keep it but it clearly states in the lease that if it affect anyon health and they do not fix it that by law we have to get our deposit and rent back. We never moved in my son got sick the first 15-20 minutes that we were in there and they let us out of our lease.
