My husband needs to find work in the US. He's no longer looking for law firm specifically. Though he does come from a large international law firm from Europe for three years of experience in corporate law. He wants to take the NY bar and CA bar since he has done an LLM and he qualifies.
He's looking for any kind of job remotely related to law now actually. Until he passes the bar then paralegal positions? After the bar maybe contract work for a while till the economy gets better? Is there anything or is it hopeless?
He's also American citizen and English is his first language.
Is it possible for him to be hired by a paralegal at the moment? He is a very competent lawyer but the competition right now must be absolutely fierce.
