I just applied at a fine dining restaurant in my town. It is actually a very nice place with a known chef. On the application I put down "Back of House" under the "desired position" category. I'm not really sure what kind of job to expect. I was thinking along the lines of dishwasher. I have zero experience in a professional kitchen and I'm applying for my first job. What job do you think they'll offer me? If any job at all.. the way the economy is going -.-
