My boyfriend was charged with entering auto in Georgia about 2 months ago, and was bailed out. It was originally 3 counts, but the number may have grown since. His court date is set for Feb. 3rd. He hired a lawyer who told him that at most he would have 2 years in jail with 5 to 10 years probation since it was a first offense and he is only 18. They will most likely try to cut a deal, but what kinda of jail time would he be looking at for these kind of offenses under his circumstances?
