I am in the process of renting an apartment from a woman who is a foster parent. She told me that before I move in, DCF would run a background check on me, since the apartment is attached to her house. I have no criminal background whatsoever; I am just curious what sorts of things come up? I have had parking tickets, and my license just expired a week ago and I haven't gotten to the DMV yet (totally forgot!). What sorts of things come up??
