Hi! I'm trying to loose my excess fat and i need help. I'm 5'6.5, 17 years old, and weigh 168 (last time i checked) i'm about 20-25ish pounds over what i want to be. i want to be around 140-150. ive been doing really well eating and drinking water, but i never have the time to go out and excersize. I do dance for an hour, 2 days a week, and that is about it. I really need some ideas of what to do at home. Some cardio or any other things i can do while im inside, since it is too cold to go outside. Please help. This is the missing piece to my puzzle. I have eating well, drinking only water, and now all i need is more excersize. Please let me know if you have any tips
