in a home but we have no ins. ? She is 30 yrs. old & has been paralyzed from breast down with no use of her fingers for 5 yrs. now. She now has a drug dependancy and we are affraid she is going to kill herself if we dont get her in some where they can take care of her, she has run off all her caregivers and has to have bowel programs every other day. We have no insurance & feel hopeless. What can we do without insurance or a big bank account to get her into a facility where she will be taken care of? ~ Worried in WV
