what kind of gas should I put in a 2009 Honda Fit?

I have been putting regular fuel in my vehicle but was told be a co-worker to use mid-grade. I've checked the owner's manual but it doesn't say.

REGULAR gas don't put ever put premium in your car cause your fit is made to run only on regular gas.

Your co worker is uniformed and dumb. Dont put midgrade or premuim in the honda fit peroid.

some people think by putting higher grades they get improved performance from their car. But putting premium in a car that takes regular may reduce performance.
