I'm talking about a balance of performance between the hardware.
Intel 2.20 ghz dual core
3GB ram
Windows 7 32-bit
Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

Everything is above 5.5 except for graphics, which is at 3.3
The graphic card should ideally be around 5.5 and be able to run some graphically intensive games (like Crysis or Fallout3). I'm not looking forward to spending more than $100-200.
