what kind of fish will eat brown algae?

and live in peace with my african dwarf frogs and betta? i have a ten gallon tank with lots of sea shells and a live rock. i feed the betta flakes (making sure none sink to the bottom) and the frogs pellets (some of them get lost in the gravel because my frogs are grossly messy eaters. also, the pellets are suposed to make them shed more, and i happen to own the only two ADFs in history that DON'T eat their skins) about twice a week, and i drop a small cube of frozen brine shrimp into the water about twice a week.

i know that the brine shrimp are really messy and its impossible for me to control the amount of wasted food, and i know that's why i have so much brown algae. i have to clean the tank twice a week because it grows on the sides of the tank, in the gravel, and on the shells and rock. its really gross looking, and i would like to find a fish to help with the clean up. i know that i can buy an aquarium vacuum, but i live in a dorm and that would be way too much hassle (just cleaning the tank out is a pain in the you know what) so, what should i buy?
