What kind of fish should i get?

I've got a ten gallon tank and its looking pretty empty! I'm thinking about getting some more fish! I have goldfish and and alge fish! What else is pretty good to get for the tank and cheap?!
 
get two convict cichlids,the only reason u shudnt get thez is becuz they breed alot,but if u dont care about finding a place for 50-200 babie convicts then u shud get these,the males are darker and the females are more colorful,
 
well i wount recament a gold fish and other fish i would get som guppies baloon belly mollys mollys a pacasimus and some platties
 
Guppies are good fish, but they breed a lot so make sure you get males. They are Community Fish so they will not fight and male guppies are very colorful.
 
well, nothing. your gold fish is going to get too big for your tank. plus it makes a HUGE amount of waste. get rid of that fish asap, or get a bigger tank.

once you solve that serious problem..you cant get much in a 10 gallon tank. how about a betta? or how about 3-4 gouramis? a school of rasboras? maybe a school of some small tetras?

like i said, 10 gallons is really limiting it, and if youre going to keep that goldfish in there, dont get any fish. not only cause its gonna get big, but goldfish like different water temperature than other fish.
 
1st...goldfish need 20+ gallons.
2nd...I would get some neon tetras. They are schools of fish and are very colorful. When they all swim together they look soooooooooo cool. Maybe some ghost shrimp cause you can see their gut and stuff. Get colorful plants and decorations, too. Blue gravel, ever noticed in movies they always have blue gravel. BUT don't forget that 1 inch of fish per gallons. Some albino cory catfish, they are bright. Maybe some zebra danio's. They are cool and have stripes. I have a

10 gallon tank with:

Zebra danio's(2)
neon tetras(7)
albino catfish(2)
Ghost shrimp(3)

and in another tank i have a beta fish.

goldfish minimum tank is 10gal already. maybe you can still put another one and that would be the limit. i suugest you get larger tank to have many fish, avoid cichlids, angelfish and others because they will attack your goldfish.
