what kind of fish pump trickles, and doesn't blow air?

my fish have a pump that sucks up the water, and trickles back down hitting the water surface to create oxygen. i need to know the proper trm for it as i cant seem to find one on ebay.

i dont like the pumps that sit at the surface blowing air, they are crap.
