So i bought these 2 fish at Wal-Mart yesterday so there's a good chance they're gonna get ich pretty soon considering all the fish there seem to have it. They were only $5 and I don't have any other fish in there besides a pelco which I also bought there yesterday so I'm not too worried about it. And they were from a new shipment that came in the other day so it's not like they've been sitting there for weeks. But in case they do get ich, what's the best medicine to get for it? I've heard you can raise the temperature up to about 86 for a couple weeks if you wanna cure it, but last I've heard, Koi (which I think these may be, can't handle that hot of temperatures)
Another thing, what kind of fish are they? They're pretty big, I'd say 5 inches. They look like Koi to me, but idk?
