...full time jobs? I know of a girl in her mid 20's who has to work two full time jobs b/c she has to support besides herself, her mother who is unable to work due to illness and her father work's very little because of the state of the economy.
She works both of her jobs 7 days a week and only gets 3 hours a sleep a night. She wants to be a pharmacist but she had to drop out of school so she could work both jobs.
I asked if she could get government aid, but she said she and her family weren't eligible for government assistance! I am very concerned about this girl because of the amount of work she has to do while only getting 3 hours of sleep a night, which I know can cause health problems if she continues to overwork herself like this. I don't know how long she has been working such strenuous hours but she does have some dark circles under her eyes, so I'm guessing it’s been at least a couple of months.
I offered her a very small amount of money to help her but she refused to take it saying she prefers to be independent and support her family all by herself. But does anyone know of any financial assistance/help that is available for this very courageous young woman and people that have similar situations?
