What kind of facebook/myspace policies might apply to my account retention situation?

Kind of a foolish question, and variances of it have been answered many times. But anyways ~

Given the following (not necessarily true) scenario:

I created an email account for my friend who did not have a computer. I have all the passwords and am the "secondary" email on the account. I also created a facebook and a myspace account for that friend - both linked to that same email and again, my email is the security backup for both myspace and facebook (and of course I know the passwords because I created them). Now this friend and I have a falling out of sorts, and attempts to remove me from the email account and the myspace/facebook accounts. I retaliate by locking him out of all three, changing passwords, etc. He is now threatening me with all sorts of big-talk about calling the police (obviously ridiculous) and other crazy legal action.

But it got me thinking:

What legal grounds does this person have for threatening me? How about facebook/myspace policy? I can't imagine that I'm too far in the red as I created EVERYTHING.

Any policy citations would but much appreciated to help me throw in my buddy's face. =)
(PS: It isn't being done to be malicious, and I'm not pretending to be be him or embarrass him in any way - so morality ranters need not apply).
