What kind of exercising could I do?

I'm wanting to start exercising again. Not to lose weight, just get back into shape. I haven't worked out in a long time so I know it's going to be hard. My mom is giving me a bowflex so that's a start... but what else could I do? I'm 22, like 102lbs an have NO muscle.

I was thinking about jogging as well, but I don't live in the best neighborhood and I don't have a way to the park or anything... so any ideas?? What can I do to gain some muscle (stay in shape, really) but not lose any weight...

Oh, and I don't have the money to join a gym right now (still looking for a job)
