What kind of exercise would be beneficial to me and how do i get it?

I am 17 currently studying for my AS exams, which i take in 4 weeks, so anything i do has to work around that. My only current exercise is walking 40 minutes to school every day and an hour of Tae Kwon Do once a week. i want to get fitter and tone, but fitness and cutting down on fat comes first. I have an old exercise bike available to me but that is about it.
