what kind of exercise is better to loose fat. vigourous or long medium heart rate

workouts.? ive been doing weight training with half an hour stationary bike after it and im not seeing much difference on the scale. i was wondering if i start shadow bowxing or normal kickboxing will it help loose fat as its more vigorous and you have to exert more energy or will long medium pace stationary bike do the trick.

Im not new to hard work ive been trying for a long time and now i think its time for a change i just need help on the facts.
