What kind of European ordinances are practiced in most European country's?

For example in China, Korea and Japan is practiced the tea ritual. Those are Asian country's. What about in European? I cant find any anywhere A little help would be nice
Any other besides drinking? Any for burials, marriages, birthdays etc
