Hey I was wondering if anyone had some experience or knowledge in this. Well for starters I bought an MX6 with what I was told to be just a bad timing belt. Now my mechanic is telling me the engine had overheated and that it needs to be swapped. Waters coming out of the spark plugs and it seems it has no compression (probably head gaskets). Rather than replace the heads which im debating on, I was thinking of dropping another engine in. Someone told me I could put a JDM FS-DE motor in. Any advice?? Do I need a new driveshat, ect?? Thanks!
