...illegal drug paraphernalia? I was issued a citation for possessing a insulin syringe and some bottle caps with q-tip ends and pill residue in them. It was a citation for possession of illegal drug paraphernalia. Should I expect to take a drug test when I arrive at court, which I am expecting. If so, what kind of drug test do they tend to use for this kind of situation?
 
damnn the same thing happened to me except i got caught with a bag of weed residue, i dont think they will make you take a drug test at court, only if you signed up to take drug and alcoholl controll classes. if you do have to take a test it mostly always a urine test.
