What kind of cars will we have after the 35 MPG CAFE deadline?

Most cars will be small, and be 4 cylinders. If you want a big engine with lots of power, and a vehicle with lots of legroom you will have to buy a 4 door pickup truck, as the suvs will be downsized too. They can't make full size trucks smaller since people use them for work, so they are safe.
 
Will you still be able to buy big Silverados and F150s with V8s, or will it all be small cars like the Civics, Corollas, and Kia Rios.
