What kind of careers involve interviewing students?

I would really enjoy a career where I can interview students (i.e., something in admissions). Can anyone give me some examples of relevant jobs?

On a side note, I will be getting my Ph.D. in social psychology. Is it possible to use this to get an admissions job, preferably with a good salary?
