A high e/t car with low mph
A high quarter mile mph but lower e/t
Excluding cars that have both like corvettes, Ferrari's and super car stuff I mean standard street driven high rev 4 cylinders and v8 muscle cars.
Which one is faster in the real world around a twisty track or street driven on county roads?
Muscle cars have great e/t but low mph while a s2000 has a decent e/t but lower but much higher mph in the same distance.
Is it better to torque and power through the roads or keep a smaller engine revved up for better lap times or standard street drive to mcdonalds?
I would not be suprised is a small high revving good handeling car could run just as fast lap time as a v8 muscle car with only 250 something horsepower.
Just comparing lap times based on quickness, revs and handeling not power of a standard common street driven machine.
