What kind of car should I get, under $10,000?

Ideally it would be:

1 - Reliable
2 - It's easy to find a manual transmission version of the car.
3 - I would like it to be relatively quick.
4 - It looks nice stock, or close to stock.

I'm already thinking about a 2004-2005 Honda accord. I would love a '06 Civic Si coupe but I'm pretty sure that's out of my price range.

What do you guys suggest?

Check out a Kia Rio. I have an 07 and have put on 67k miles and love it.
